Payment and delivery

Unless otherwise stated, our deliveries are made to the curb and free of charge within Germany and EU countries.   Our prices are gross and therefore include the applicable tax at the time of invoicing. We accept payment via PayPal, PayPal direct debit, PayPal credit card, advance payment via bank transfer, and Klarna Sofort.

Delivery times

The delivery time for in-stock items via standard parcel delivery is approximately 1-3 working days.

To ensure correct and timely delivery of freight forwarding deliveries, we ask you to provide a telephone number.

Should there be any delivery delays, we will of course inform you immediately.
