ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days following payment confirmation.

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.

During busy seasons or promotional periods, delivery times may take slightly longer. Should we anticipate any significant delay, we will contact you promptly via email or telephone.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Standard Delivery – estimated delivery time 3–5 working days (Monday–Friday).

Delivery charges are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout according to your chosen service (Standard or Priority).

Please ensure that your billing and delivery address are correct before completing your order — once your parcel has been dispatched, we are unable to reroute or amend delivery details.

Whilst we always strive to deliver on time, occasional courier delays may occur.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours after dispatch.

There are no hidden costs — the amount shown at checkout is the total you will pay.
